None of the designs (or any part of them) may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system of any nature, or transmitted, in any form or by any means including photocopying and recording, without the prior written permission of Forte Cloth International Limited, the copyright owner. If any unauthorised acts are carried out in relation to this copyright work, a civil claim for damages may be made and/or a criminal prosecution may result.

Visitors to the website are allowed access to view the designs in the [archive] for the sole purpose of deciding if you wish to purchase [or licence] a design from us. As a condition and in consideration of being provided with such access, you undertake and agree that you shall:

This notice is governed by the laws of England and Wales.  You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this notice or its subject matter provided that nothing in this notice limits our right to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction and nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one jurisdiction prevent the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction.
